1. Prepare a cream with the spreadable cheese and the grated zucchinis quickly sautéed in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
2. Lay out the slices of bread, overlapping them and rolling them with a rolling pin to compact them perfectly.
3. Spread the cream on the slices of bread, the slices of salami, and gently roll the obtained roll. Seal it with cling film or transparent wrap and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Savory Yule Log with Salami and Zucchini by first washing the zucchinis, trimming and grating them finely.
