You can store homemade pistachio butter in the refrigerator in an airtight glass container for one month. Alternatively, you can also freeze it for up to 3 months.
Since pistachio butter will naturally have a brown-green hue, to achieve a more vibrant and lively green color, you should remove the pistachio skins after roasting by rubbing the roasted pistachios between a cloth or blanching them for a few minutes before cooking and always remove the outer skin with a cloth.
