Chocolate Chip Muffins, delicious soft and tasty treats suitable for different times of the day, require little baking time just 15′, making them suitable for the summer season when we usually don’t like to turn on the oven too much.
The ingredients to make these chocolate chip muffins are very simple and usually present in our kitchens, starting with a base of whipped butter.
Important for the success of this recipe is to follow the steps to add the ingredients in a way that does not deflate the butter cream and keeps a compact and soft batter. I therefore recommend adding the milk after the flour.
For muffin lovers, I also recommend the two recipes that follow, the first classic and the second a fit recipe

It is important to follow the order of ingredients to insert them into the recipe, in order to obtain a perfect batter.
- 190 g butter (soft)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Mixing and Baking Tools
For mixing, I suggest using a stand mixer or a good electric mixer, for baking, you need to use paper cups to insert into classic muffin tins or silicone muffin cups.
- 1 Stand mixer howork
- 20 Muffin cups
Preparation
The preparation of the batter is very simple and quick, place the butter with the sugar in the bowl of the stand mixer and let them blend well, then add one egg at a time followed by the flour and then the milk. Always mixing, add the vanilla, the baking powder and finally the chocolate chips. You will get a nice soft and compact batter. Fill each muffin cup with a generous tablespoon of batter and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for only 15′, check the browning on the surface before removing from the oven.
Notes
The freshly baked muffins will have a crumbly surface and a very soft interior, they will remain soft for days if kept covered.
