Lower the speed and slowly add the oil and milk, continuing to mix.

Add the flour gradually, mixing well to avoid lumps.
4️⃣ Complete the batter
Add the anise liqueur and, lastly, the baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth and homogenous batter.
5️⃣ Pour into the mold
Transfer the batter into a 10-inch bundt cake mold, greased and floured.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 35 minutes.
Always do the toothpick test: if it comes out dry, the bundt cake is ready.
7️⃣ Cool and serve
Allow to cool completely, unmold, and bring your classic fluffy bundt cake to the table, perfect for any time of the day.
Tips and Storage of Classic Fluffy Bundt Cake
My mom, when she didn’t have a bundt cake mold, made this cake in a simple round cake pan, placing an unbreakable glass in the center to create the classic hole. A little home trick that still works today and makes this easy recipe truly accessible to everyone.
To keep the classic fluffy bundt cake soft for longer, store it in a cake container with a lid or under a cake dome: it will remain fragrant and soft for 2–3 days, perfect for breakfast and snack.
If you want to make it even more delicious, you can dust it with powdered sugar or serve it with cream, jam, or a simple cup of hot milk.

Can I freeze the classic fluffy bundt cake?
Yes, you can freeze it without any problems. Cut it into slices, wrap them individually in plastic wrap, and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months. Let them thaw at room temperature to regain a soft cake, perfect to enjoy at any moment.
