Cookies, original recipe

Personally, I discovered cookies at the supermarket and not thanks to a trip, but due to their fragrance and unique flavor, they quickly became one of my favorite cookies.

Cookies are American sweets, typical for their round shape usually filled with chocolate chips, but we can also find them with various nuts,

After trying several recipes until I reached this one which seemed the best to me.
If you love chocolate cookies, you can also find this recipe on my site.

The key ingredient for making cookies is brown sugar.

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 packet vanillin (vanilla extract would be better)
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips

Steps

  • The first important step is to melt the butter and let it cool to room temperature.

  • Second, mix the two sugars with the butter.

  • Add the eggs one at a time with the help of a mixer.

  • Stir by hand adding the salt, flour, vanillin, and chocolate chips.

  • Let the dough rest for two hours in the refrigerator then create balls with a height greater than the base.

  • The formed balls should rest for two hours in the freezer.

  • Bake the cookies directly from frozen in a preheated oven at 340°F for exactly 12 minutes.

You can store these fantastic cookies in closed containers for a few days if you can resist not eating them all!
