Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g condensed milk
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • vanilla extract
  • 40 g hazelnut cream
  • 1/2 packet baking powder

Tools

The bundt cake mold I used is 20 cm in diameter.

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Electric Mixer
  • 1 Bundt Cake Mold

Preparation

  • Let’s prepare the batter in no time!
In a large bowl, crack the eggs, then add the condensed milk and sugar. Using the electric mixer, start whipping everything until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and frothy. At this point, while continuing to mix, first add the liquid cream, then the vegetable oil and a few drops of vanilla extract.
Finally, gradually incorporate the flour and lastly add the baking powder. The batter is ready!

  • Now we just need to pour the batter into the bundt cake mold, which we have already greased and floured well.
Once the batter is leveled, add a drizzle of hazelnut cream on top; it will be the extra deliciousness that makes our dessert even more irresistible!

  • With a toothpick, make a few movements in the batter to slightly swirl the hazelnut cream, creating a nice contrast inside the bundt cake.
Now place the mold in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F (160°C) for about 20 minutes.
If you prefer to use the traditional oven, set it to 356°F (180°C) and bake for about 25 minutes.
The surface should be beautifully golden. Before turning off, always do the toothpick test: if it comes out dry, the bundt cake is ready!

NOTES

This bundt cake is perfect when you’re craving a soft and delicious dessert but don’t want to turn on the oven for long. If you don’t have an air fryer, no worries: it turns out great in the oven too!

Store it in a well-closed container and it will stay soft for several days!

Check that the surface is golden and do the toothpick test: if it comes out dry, the cake is ready.

  • Can I substitute the liquid cream with something else?

Yes, you can use whole milk or plain yogurt, but the cream makes the batter richer and softer.
