Donuts with Condensed Milk

Donuts with condensed milk, a fun recipe I found on the web, you can read it here, to use up the homemade condensed milk I prepared a few days ago. These donuts are very soft and delicately flavored, perfect for accompanying your breakfasts or can be filled to cheer up your sweet snacks in these summer evenings.

Turning on the oven in the summer isn’t very pleasant, and these donuts with condensed milk help solve this issue because they require only 15 minutes of baking. I recommend making the condensed milk quickly at home, it’s delicious and convenient to store in the refrigerator in a glass jar. You can fill the donuts with cream, whipped cream, Nutella, or whatever you like; I recommend camy cream, a cream based on mascarpone and cream. Below are my recipes

Ingredients

The ingredients are few and simple, the important thing is to have condensed milk

  • 7 oz condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanillin

Tools

I recommend using a stand mixer or an electric mixer for mixing, and a donut pan for baking.

  • 1 Stand Mixer howork
  • 1 Donut Pan

Preparation

The preparation of the dough is very simple and takes only a few minutes, watch the video!

  • First, add the melted butter to the stand mixer and start mixing, adding one egg at a time. Continue by adding the flour, gradually add the condensed milk, then the baking powder, and finally the vanillin, and your dough will be ready!

Place the dough in the pre-greased donut pan; with this amount, you’ll fill 10 donuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes, check that they are golden brown.

If you prefer, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

NOTES

These donuts will amaze you with their softness, which will remain unchanged if stored in a container with a lid. If you liked the recipe, continue to follow me on social media Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter, I’m looking forward to your comments!
