Easy Nutellini in Air Fryer: delicious hazelnut cream cookies that are prepared in minutes, with only 3 ingredients and without turning on the oven.
This recipe was born from my craving for something sweet, but without sweating over the stove: I started from the classic Nutellotti, but with some small variations designed especially for summer. With the heat these days, I decided to bake them in the air fryer: a real lifesaver in the kitchen, especially when temperatures rise!
Instead of putting hazelnut cream on top as in the original recipe, I preferred to add a whole almond. Of course, you can also choose a hazelnut, which might be even more suitable, or a candied cherry… or nothing at all, because they are delicious as they are.
These are very soft and easy-to-make cookies: no whisks, no mixers. You just need a bowl, a spoon, and your hands. In 9 minutes of cooking, they are ready to enjoy, without yeast and with a perfect consistency. One of those clever recipes that save your dessert in a few steps!

Ingredients
- 6.35 oz Nutella® (or hazelnut cream)
- 1 egg
- 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
- 20 almonds (optional)
Tools
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Bowl
Preparation
In a large bowl, place the Nutella (or the hazelnut cream you prefer).
Add the egg and the flour.
Mix everything with a spoon.
When the dough becomes smooth and consistent, transfer it to the work surface.
No need to flour it: the dough does not stick and is easy to work with.
Work the dough on the work surface for a few minutes, just enough to make it even smoother.
You will see it has a soft but not sticky consistency: it works easily even without flour.
At this point, use your hands to cut small pieces of dough.
Roll them between your palms to form balls, then place them directly on the air fryer rack.
📌 Tip: in the photo, I didn’t use it, but I recommend placing a sheet of parchment paper underneath because the balls grow a bit during cooking and might sneak into the rack.
If you want, you can decorate the surface with an almond, a hazelnut, a candied cherry, or leave them plain: they are delicious as is!
Cook the Nutellini at 320°F for 9 minutes in the air fryer.
NOTES
Nutellini are super quick treats, perfect when you crave something good but have little time. The dough is prepared in a moment and easily worked with hands. If you want to make them even more appealing, you can decorate the surface with an almond, a hazelnut, or a candied cherry: the eye also wants its share. Obviously, if you don’t have an air fryer or prefer traditional cooking, you can also bake them in a static oven at 356°F for about 12 minutes. Once cooled, store them in a tin box or an airtight jar: they will remain soft for a few days… as long as they don’t disappear first!
