The Fit Bundt Cake in Air Fryer is the light and quick version of the classic oat bundt cake, perfect for those looking for a healthy dessert without sacrificing taste. I made this bundt cake starting from the basic recipe with oat flour, adapting it to cooking in an air fryer: the result is surprising, with a crumbly and soft texture and a unique flavor given by the oat flour.
The preparation is very simple and within everyone’s reach: no need to separate the eggs or follow complicated steps, just an electric whisk and in a few minutes the dough is ready. Even the cooking is quick, ideal when you have little time but a great desire for dessert. It is perfect for breakfast, for a healthy snack, as a post-workout snack, or even to put in the backpacks of the little ones for school.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk (or oat milk)
- vanilla flavor
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 packet baking powder for desserts
Tools
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Springform Pan
Preparation
In a large bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar.
With electric whisks, beat the mixture until it becomes fluffy and frothy.
While continuing to mix, add the vegetable oil in a stream, then the milk.
Add the oat flour, a few drops of vanilla flavor, and finally the baking powder for desserts.
The batter will be smooth but rather liquid, and it’s normal for it to be this way.
Pour it into a 8-inch springform pan previously greased.
Bake at 320°F for about 25 minutes in the air fryer.
Before removing, always do the toothpick test: if it comes out dry, the bundt cake is ready!
NOTES
This fit bundt cake is perfect for a light but tasty breakfast, thanks to the oat flour and the use of simple ingredients.
If you don’t have an air fryer, no problem: you can also bake it in a static oven at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
