  • 3 peppers (small)
  • 7 oz feta
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Recipe for Stuffed Peppers with Feta

  • Start preparing the stuffed peppers with feta by making the filling.
    Put the feta, white bread, a couple of tablespoons of milk, a generous drizzle of oil, black pepper, and oregano in a blender.

  • Blend until you get a smooth and soft cream, if it is too thick, add a little more milk.
    Taste and, if necessary, adjust with salt.

  • Wash the peppers, cut off the top, and split them in half lengthwise.
    Remove the seeds and white filaments.
    Season with a little salt and extra virgin olive oil.

  • Stuff the peppers with the feta cream.
    Finish with a bit more dried oregano and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 392°F.
    Place the stuffed peppers without parchment paper at the base of the basket.

  • Cook the stuffed peppers with feta for about 10-12 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
