Apple and Cinnamon Infusion, a very simple non-alcoholic drink to prepare, delicious to enjoy both hot and cold.

This recipe is simple to prepare and uses natural and aromatic ingredients like apple peel, lemon zest, fresh ginger, and cinnamon sticks, creating a warming mix that will comfort you on the coldest days.

Not only is the infusion delicious, but it also has beneficial properties: ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory and digestive qualities, while cinnamon helps regulate metabolism and gives an unmistakable aroma.
