The baked apple pancakes are a delicious variant of the famous American breakfast dessert. Their peculiarity is that they are filled with apples and baked in the oven. Baking allows you to get an equally good product while avoiding having to stay near the stove. The recipe is very simple, requiring very few readily available ingredients. If you are lactose intolerant, you can use an unsweetened plant-based beverage (or reduce the sugar in the recipe).
