Beef and Broccoli Stew in Slow Cooker

Beef and Broccoli Stew in Slow Cooker, a very simple recipe to make with a slow cooker that will give you tender meat that breaks with a fork.

With this type of cooking, the beef becomes extremely tender and the broccoli is slowly flavored without breaking down too much. Additionally, you only dirty one pot and there’s no need to constantly check the cooking.

One of the advantages of cooking in a slow cooker is that even with the addition of few fats, the meat becomes very tender: the prolonged cooking causes fats and liquids to come out of the meat, which do not evaporate and soften the dishes.

At the end of the recipe in the FAQ section, I have answered some frequently asked questions about this preparation (including how to make it with traditional cooking). If you have any other doubts or curiosities, leave a comment or use the appropriate form.
