  • Half golden onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2.5 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup fresh liquid cream

  • Start the preparation of the broccoli soup in slow cooker by cleaning and chopping half of a golden onion.
    Place it in the slow cooker with a knob of butter.

  • Cover again with the lid and cook this time on HIGH for 30 minutes.
