The peculiarity of the charcuterie board is to be very scenic: the ingredients are arranged in a way that creates beautiful compositions; in fact, these boards are so beautiful that they can also be used as centerpieces.

For the composition, of course, there is plenty of room for creativity; the arrangement often also depends on the board/tray you have at home.

  • Start the preparation of the charcuterie board by placing a small plate in the center of the rotating tray to be used as a guide for arranging the ingredients.

  • Start arranging the ingredients starting with the Parmigiano: place it in a cross pattern at four points.
    Continue with the cheese with walnuts: place a couple of slices on the sides of the Parmigiano.

  • Continue the preparation by adding Felino salami and spianata on the sides of the cheese with walnuts.

  • At this point, add the pecan nuts and cashews to the board.

  • At this point, you can remove the plate used as a guide.

  • Complete the preparation with taralli and ‘nduja placed in a small bowl.
    Decorate the charcuterie board with sprigs of rosemary and bring it immediately to the table.
