Citrus Cod in Air Fryer

Citrus Cod in Air Fryer, a simple and quick recipe perfect for when you have little time to cook.

In this preparation, the cod fillet is enhanced by a breadcrumb gratin flavored with rosemary and citrus zest, specifically lemon and clementines.

The recipe is very simple and can be made with either fresh or frozen cod: in the latter case, dry it well with some kitchen paper.

You can also experiment with other types of fish like sea bream, seabass, salmon, and tuna!

At the end of the recipe, in the FAQ section, I have answered some questions about this preparation. If you have other doubts or curiosities, write a comment or use the appropriate contact form.

  • Put the breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
    Mix with a spoon.
Add the zest of a tangerine and a lemon.
Finish with a chopped rosemary sprig.

Dry the fish with kitchen paper.
Add some extra virgin olive oil and spread it evenly over the cod with your hands or a kitchen brush.

  • Spread the breadcrumbs over the cod, pressing with a spoon to make it adhere well.

  • Finish the preparation with a bit more extra virgin olive oil.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F.
Place the tray with the cod inside and cook everything for 10-12 minutes.
Take it out and serve immediately.
