Appetizer board, the board of cold cuts and cheeses that combines authentic flavors and different textures in an irresistible mix.
This board is the perfect solution to surprise guests without spending hours in the kitchen and is ideal for an appetizer with friends, a casual dinner, or a special evening.
With a few well-selected ingredients, you can create an elegant charcuterie board, tasty and scenic, without stress.
For my board, I chose some Italian excellences, starting with the cold cuts, which tell the story of our regions: the salami with its strong flavor, the delicate and refined prosciutto, the soft and flavorful pancetta, and the dry sausages, a classic of rustic appetizers.
The cheeses, essential in any board, complete the taste experience: the aged and umami-rich Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, the fresh and slightly tangy goat cheese. I also chose to add a French cheese, brie.
To complete everything, I added pickled onions, which with their sweet and sour note balance the more intense flavors, and the freselle, crunchy and perfect to enjoy with cold cuts and cheeses.
This gourmet board is the ideal choice for a simple yet flavorful appetizer, to share with friends and family, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine.
