- 9 oz Mascarpone
- 1 cup Liquid fresh cream
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Vov (optional)

Preparation of the coffee mousse
Start the preparation of the coffee mousse by dissolving the instant coffee in 1.5 tbsp of liquid fresh cream.
Place the mascarpone, powdered sugar, Vov, and coffee cream in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients using electric whisks or a spatula.
Now add the remaining fresh cream – approximately 7 oz – and whip the mousse with electric whisks until you get a fluffy and airy mixture.
For the recipe to be successful, the cream must be very cold, so keep it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Transfer the coffee mousse into a pastry bag and use it to create spoon desserts or to fill cakes, cookies, and cream puffs.
