  • Start preparing the fake peach and banana ice cream by peeling the banana and slicing it.

  • Wash and dry the nectarine; I decided to leave the skin on, but if you don’t like it, you can remove it. First cut it into wedges, then into cubes.

  • Transfer the fruit to a container lined with parchment paper.

  • Place it in the freezer and let it freeze.

  • Once frozen, take the fruit from the freezer and transfer it to a blender or food processor.
Start blending: at first, you’ll get a sandy mixture, but it will become creamier as you continue.

  • The fake peach and banana ice cream will be ready when the blended fruit reaches a consistency similar to that of classic ice cream!

Of course, you can vary the fruit you use for this recipe, but remember that the banana is irreplaceable: it is precisely what will give you that creamy texture!
