Fennel and Orange Salad with Onion and Salmon

Fennel and Orange Salad with Onion and Salmon, a light and nutritious dish, perfect for those who want to eat healthy without giving up the pleasure of a tasty meal.

This salad is inspired by the typical flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, where fresh citrus fruits and crunchy vegetables meet to create a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The sweetness of the oranges wonderfully matches the aromatic flavor of the fennel and the light saltiness of the smoked salmon, while the red onion adds a pleasant pungent note.

It is an ideal recipe to offer as an elegant appetizer, a tasty side dish, or a light main course for a quick but satisfying lunch break.

Fennel and orange salad is a versatile recipe that you can customize as you like: if you don’t like smoked salmon, you can replace it with tuna, or add a handful of nuts for an extra crunchy note. Try this delicious salad and let yourself be conquered by its unique freshness!
