Homemade Barbecue Rub, a simple spice mix to prepare for seasoning and marinating ribs, steaks, and more.
This mix is based on smoked paprika and brown sugar and enriched with mustard seeds and cinnamon. Over the years, I have experimented with various recipes, but this mix is definitely my favorite recipe.
Fantastic for dry marinating meat, it also goes great with chicken.
I also use it for potatoes and other grilled vegetables, especially bell peppers!
Very easy to prepare, you can store it in a jar and use it for several weeks.
At the end of the recipe, in the FAQ section, I answered some questions about this preparation. If you have other doubts or curiosities, write a comment or use the appropriate contact form.
