Lemon and Thyme Chicken in Slow Cooker, Tender and Fragrant

Lemon and Thyme Chicken in Slow Cooker, a simple, light main course but rich in aroma and flavor.

A healthy recipe, perfect for everyday meals, prepared with a few ingredients and no effort: just put everything in the slow cooker and let the slow cooking work its magic.

The chicken breast becomes extremely tender because it slowly cooks for four hours, absorbing the scent of fresh lemon and the delicate aroma of thyme.

This is a perfect recipe also for those following a balanced diet, as the chicken is cooked with little fat but without sacrificing taste. You can serve it with basmati rice, steamed potatoes, or a crunchy salad for a complete and satisfying meal.

The lemon and thyme chicken in slow cooker is also a great idea for weekly meal prep: it keeps very well in the fridge for a couple of days and tastes even better when reheated. If you love practical dishes, with an enveloping aroma and a citrus touch, this recipe will definitely become one of your favorites.
