The mango sorbet is a very simple dessert to make because it is prepared without an ice cream maker but only with the help of a blender; the only care is to remember to freeze the fruit in advance. It is also gluten-free, lactose-free, and naturally vegan, so it is really suitable for everyone. For this recipe, I chose to use mango, but this sorbet can be made with any fruit you prefer.
