  • Start preparing the no-bake chocolate chip cookie dessert by mixing the cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Continue by adding the maple syrup and stirring well with a spoon or spatula until it is completely blended with the rest of the ingredients.

  • Finely chop the dark chocolate with a suitable knife or soften it for a few seconds (no more than 15) in the microwave. Put it in the bowl with the cream you just prepared and mix well to blend it well with the mixture.

  • Pour a little milk into a small bowl.
Soak a cookie and place it in a small bowl (I used one with an 8 cm diameter).
Add a layer of stracciatella cream and repeat the steps until the bowl is filled.

  • Finish with a cookie soaked in milk.
Store the no-bake chocolate chip cookie dessert in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
