  • Can I use other types of mushrooms?

Yes, you can replace or mix champignon and Pleurotus with porcini, pioppini, or mixed mushrooms. The important thing is that they are well cleaned and dry, so as not to release too much water during cooking.

  • How to store parmesan mushrooms?

Once cooked, you can store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1-2 days. When serving them, heat them in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes to regain the crispiness.
