Pasta with Feta and Cherry Tomatoes

The pasta with feta and cherry tomatoes is a very simple recipe that will give you great satisfaction: the preparation is within everyone’s reach, it’s delicious and customizable according to your tastes. In my recipe, I added sliced almonds that give the dish that crunchy part that is fundamental for me. As a herb, I chose basil, but you are free to use parsley, chives… or not to include this component at all.

Tips: unfortunately, at my house, I’m the only one who eats spicy food, so I use it sparingly, but if you like it, you can add crushed chili pepper to the tomatoes or season the pasta at the end with chili-infused oil.
