  • 7/8 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 shot white rum
  • 1 tbsp butter

Peach Clafoutis Recipe

  • Start the preparation of the peach clafoutis by placing the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beating them with a hand mixer or electric whisk.

  • Continue by sifting the all-purpose flour and mixing with a spatula without forming lumps.

  • At this point, add the milk in several additions, stirring in between.

  • Finish the batter with the addition of a shot of white rum.

  • Grease the chosen baking dish with a bit of butter and a tablespoon of sugar.

  • Add the nectarines that have been previously washed, cleaned, and sliced.

  • Pour the batter into the baking dish with the peaches. Tap the dish on the counter to remove some air bubbles.

  • Bake the peach clafoutis in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 50 minutes. The surface should be golden brown.
    Let it cool slightly and add some powdered sugar if desired.
