- 3 eggs (medium-sized)
- 3 tablespoons Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil

- 4 1/4 oz Asiago cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon Pecorino
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Start the preparation of the savory dove cake by placing the eggs, yogurt, milk, and sunflower oil in a bowl.
Mix with the whisks until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Continue the preparation by adding the grated Pecorino Romano to the liquid ingredients.
Mix again with the whisks.Add the all-purpose flour and the instant yeast for savory preparations, sifted in two or three times.
Mix first with the whisks, and when the dough is dense enough, continue with a spatula.Finish the dough preparation with the Asiago cheese cut into cubes.
Mix one last time and transfer the dough into a 750g dove cake mold.In a small bowl, combine the egg white with a tablespoon of Pecorino and the sliced almonds.
Distribute them evenly over the dove cake.Bake the savory dove cake with cheese in a static oven at 350°F for about 50-55 minutes.
