  • 1/2 tsp dry yeast
  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp barley malt

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg white (for brushing)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Recipe for Super Soft Lemon Brioche
