Ingredients for Whipped Feta with Peppers

  • 7 oz feta
  • 5 oz bell peppers
  • Half glass milk
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • to taste salt

Whipped Feta with Peppers Recipe

  • Start the preparation of the whipped feta with peppers by preheating the air fryer to 392°F for 5 minutes.
    Wash and dry the peppers and place them in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook the peppers for 15-20 minutes depending on their size.
    Transfer them to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let them cool.
    Alternatively, you can cook them on the stove on a grill pan for about ten minutes on each side.

  • Once cooled, peel the peppers and remove the top part with the seeds.

  • Transfer the peppers to the blender.
    Add a block of feta.

  • Also add the milk, extra virgin olive oil, and spices to the blender: you can use smoked paprika or my homemade barbecue rub.

  • Blend until a smooth and soft cream is obtained, taste and, if necessary, adjust the salt.
    Transfer the whipped feta with peppers to a bowl and finish with a bit more extra virgin olive oil.
    Garnish as desired with chopped roasted pepper.
