Steps for Plumcake brownies
Preparing the Plumcake brownies is quite easy and quick, so:
In a bowl, using a whisk (hand or electric), beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the melted butter and the chocolate melted in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Next, add the dry ingredients — the flour, the cocoa, the baking powder and the vanillin — sifted together.
You should obtain a fairly dense batter.
Pour half of the mixture into a buttered and floured plumcake pan.
Place the Kinder bars one after another, pressing them slightly into the batter.Cover with the remaining batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 45 minutes, but check the doneness with a toothpick.
Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
The Plumcake brownies with Kinder heart keep in a cake container for about two days and remain soft.
You can replace the Kinder bars with Kinder Cereali or other chocolate.
