The Savory Ring with feta, olives and ham is a quick recipe without rising and does not require any particular procedures. Convenient, right? A dish suitable for many occasions, also perfect for dinner alongside grilled vegetables or hearty salads!
For an even stronger, bolder flavor, you can add grated Parmigiano Reggiano or pecorino to the dough (I actually forgot it!).

Ingredients Savory Ring with Feta
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (type 00)
- 3/4 cup milk ((about 200 ml))
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet instant dry yeast
- 7 oz feta
- 4 oz cooked ham (diced)
- 2 oz black olives (pitted)
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Steps Savory Ring
In a large bowl, weigh the flour and in that same bowl add the eggs, the milk and the vegetable oil.
Begin mixing with a whisk by hand, and meanwhile also add the yeast, salt and pepper.
When you have obtained a batter without lumps, add the feta cut into cubes, the cooked ham diced and the pitted black olives.
I forgot it, but grated Parmigiano Reggiano would also go very well, giving the whole an even more intense and pronounced flavor.
Incorporate all the ingredients into the batter and transfer it into a previously oiled and floured bundt pan.
Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 356°F for 45–50 minutes.
Let cool before removing from the pan and serve.
Enjoy your meal, Maky!
The savory ring with feta, cooked ham and olives should be stored for a few days in an airtight container. Obviously, I always recommend enjoying it fresh, since it is soft and contains instant yeast, which preserves the softness of the ring only for a short time.
