  • 1.2 cups potato starch (or cornstarch)
  • 0.88 cups butter (cold, in pieces)
  • 0.6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg (+ 1 yolk)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (level)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • to taste vanilla
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or even 2 depending on your taste)
  • 3.5 oz white chocolate
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate
  • 1.8 oz strawberry jam (or your preferred)
  • to taste chopped hazelnuts (or pistachios)
  • to taste colored sprinkles

Storage

You can store the assorted crumbly cookies for several days, as long as you keep them well sealed in an airtight container.
