Ingredients
For 2 rolls
- 2 rolls mozzarella (in sheets 400g)
- 10 slices bresaola
- 20 leaves arugula
- 1 oz Grana Padano PDO (in flakes)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- to taste lemon (juice)
Tools
- 1 Salad Spinner
- 1 Cutting Board
Steps
Making Mozzarella Rolls with Bresaola, Arugula, and Grana Cheese is very easy.
First, take the mozzarella in sheets out of the package and pat it down with kitchen paper to remove all the excess liquid.
Wash the arugula leaves, spin them dry, and set aside.
On a cutting board (or a clean work surface), open the mozzarella sheet and cover it with the arugula leaves.
Then, arrange the bresaola slices
Drizzle them with a bit of extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
Finally, add the Grana Padano (or Parmesan) flakes.
Roll up gently, then cover the rolls with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Once ready, cut them into slices about 0.8 inches; skewer the rolls with toothpicks and place them on a serving plate covered, if desired, with arugula leaves. I got 8 small rolls per roll.
Here are the Mozzarella Rolls with Bresaola, Arugula, and Grana Cheese ready.
