Ingredients for Oven-Baked Chicken Sticks with Chips Crust
- 1.1 lbs chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 1 package packaged fried chips
- to taste salt
- to taste thyme

- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Knife
- 1 Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- 2 Plates
Preparation of Oven-Baked Chicken Sticks with Chips Crust
Cut the chicken breast into strips of the size you desire on a cutting board.
Beat the egg in a plate and add powdered thyme.
Crush the chips in another plate.
Dip the chicken sticks first into the beaten egg and then into the chips.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Lay the chicken sticks on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F in convection mode, for about 25 – 30 minutes, depending on the size of the meat.
The meat is cooked if the inside is white; if pink, it needs to cook a few more minutes.
Serve the chicken sticks with fries and mayonnaise or ketchup.
