- 3.5 oz prosciutto
- 2 slices melon
- leaves mint
Tools
To make the Prosciutto and Melon Crostini you will need:
- 1 Knife
- 1 Grill
Steps
First, slice a baguette into slices about 0.4 inches thick and toast them on a grill or in the oven.
Cover them first with stracciatella from burrata, then with slices of prosciutto and finally with melon. For a decorative floral effect, cut thin slices from the melon and then roll them upon themselves and place them on the prosciutto.
Finish with some mint leaves and serve. Enjoy your meal!
