Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry (round with whole wheat flour)
  • 3.5 oz stracchino cheese
  • 8.8 oz spinach, cooked, boiled
  • 1.8 oz Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.4 cups heavy cream
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

  • 1 Baking Pan

Preparation

  • Take the puff pastry and unroll it. Leave it at room temperature for a few minutes and then, place it in a mold along with its parchment paper.

  • Preheat the oven to 392°F, in fan mode.

  • In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the beaten eggs, the light cream, salt, and pepper.

  • Incorporate the Parmigiano

  • then, the cooked spinach, coarsely chopped with a knife

  • and the stracchino cut into pieces.

  • Take the mold with the puff pastry and, using the prongs of a fork, pierce the surface. Fill with the spinach and stracchino filling and bake in the already hot oven for about 25 minutes or until nicely golden.

  • Serve it hot or warm.
