Sea Bream Fillets with Cherry Tomatoes, a main course, easy, quick, and above all, very tasty. They are prepared in just under half an hour and are perfect for both lunch and dinner.
The preparation is really simple: I heated extra virgin olive oil with garlic, placed the sea bream fillets, then added the cherry tomatoes and capers and cooked for about 10 minutes. I then served the sea bream with the delicious sauce that formed and a handful of freshly chopped parsley. Truly excellent.
An extremely easy recipe, but with excellent results and little effort. I often prepare them, changing the type of fish each time: salmon, bass, cod, swordfish …
By the way, also try Swordfish with Cherry Tomatoes and Black Olives.
