How to prepare the grilled chicken salad with Greek yogurt:
Grill the chicken breast and cut it into strips. Prepare a base of iceberg, cherry tomatoes, and olives and add Grana shavings. Dress with yogurt sauce and enjoy!

  • 7 oz lettuce (iceberg)

Steps

  • Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, heat a very hot grill pan, and cook the meat without adding any fats, turning it only once to keep it juicy.

  • Once ready, let it cool slightly and cut it into strips.

  • Cut the bread into cubes and toast them in a pan with a drizzle of oil until you get crunchy and fragrant croutons.

  • Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce well, tear it into pieces with your hands, and place it on the bottom of a large serving dish.

  • Add the halved yellow cherry tomatoes, green olives, grilled chicken, and Grana shavings.

  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until you get a homogeneous cream.

  • Pour the sauce over the dish and mix gently so that all ingredients are seasoned. Finish with some golden croutons on top and serve immediately.
