I love making bruschetta, they are perfect when you have little time or don’t feel like cooking! Even though bruschetta is a simple dish, you can create gourmet versions with special ingredients. Just like the ones I propose today! In less than 15 minutes they are ready! Just slice the peach and grill it in a pan for a few minutes. And after toasting the bread, you’re done! Ingredients
- 4 slices bread (total weight 3.5 oz)
- 7 oz feta
- 1 nectarine
- to taste balsamic vinegar (in cream)
- 2 tsp olive oil (dose for 1 person on a diet)
- to taste salt
- to taste black peppercorns (only if you like it)

Steps
First, wash the nectarine very well and then slice it not too thinly without removing the skin.
Place the peach slices in a pan, bring it to the heat, and grill them over medium heat, turning often.
Once ready, arrange the grilled peach on a platter or rack.
Cut the bread into slices and toast them in a pan for a few minutes.
At this point, just place the bread slices on a serving plate.
Crumble the feta over each bruschetta with your hands, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper (only if you like it).
Arrange the grilled peach slices on top using a kitchen tong.
Finally, add balsamic cream to complete the dish and give it that extra touch!
