  • 1 – SAMURAI

    In a skillet, sauté diced onion in hot oil. Add sliced cooked ham, the tomato and cook. At the end of the tomato cooking, add cooking cream, salt, and pepper. Great topping for rigatoni with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

  • 2 – TYROLEAN

    Sauté diced onion in oil and add sliced sausage rounds. Let them brown and add the tomato. When the tomato is cooked, add salt. Dress the pasta with a sprinkle of grated Emmental cheese.

    Dice the onion and sauté it in oil. Add crumbled sausage and after browning it, deglaze with a splash of white wine. Add mashed cannellini beans and blend the sauce. Finally, add cream, adjust salt if necessary, and dress the pasta.
