Summer calls… and the cantaloupe responds!
Today I offer you a simple and delicious recipe to prepare cantaloupe ice cream with the help of our trusty Monsieur Cuisine Smart.
The preparation is really simple and quick: you will only need a few genuine ingredients, a ripe and sweet cantaloupe, and in a few steps, you will get a creamy ice cream, perfect to enjoy for a refreshing snack.
This recipe does not require eggs, nor preservatives, just the full and natural taste of fruit, fresh cream, and sugar. It is ideal for both adults and children and can also be served as a light dessert after dinner.

Ingredients
- 14 oz cantaloupe (ripe and sweet, cold, already cleaned and peeled)
- 1 cup fresh liquid cream (very cold from the fridge)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 oz condensed milk (cold from the fridge)
Steps
1 – Weigh 14 oz of cantaloupe sweet and ripe, cold from the fridge, cut into cubes.
2 – Blend the cantaloupe: Custom cooking 32°F – 15 seconds – Speed 4
3 – Blend again: Custom cooking 32°F – 30 seconds – Speed 5
4 – Add 1 cup of very cold liquid cream + 2 oz of cold condensed milk
5 – Blend: Custom cooking 32°F – 30 seconds – Speed 5
6 – Blend everything again: Custom cooking 32°F – 40 seconds – Speed 8
7 – Collect the obtained mixture and put it in a plastic container and keep it in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
8 – Remove the frozen mixture from the container and cut into pieces, placing them in the bowl.
9 – Blend the mixture setting always: Custom cooking 32°F – 10 seconds – Speed 8
10 – Scrape the ice cream inside the bowl and then blend for the last time: Custom cooking 32°F – 20 seconds – Speed 3
11 – Collect the ice cream from the bowl and store it in an ice cream container in the freezer.
