Steps

  • Easy and safe procedure for making Greek yogurt with the B-Cheese
1 – Pour the milk at room temperature into the B-Cheese machine tray.
2 – Add the lactic ferments and stir well to dissolve them. Alternatively, you can use a jar of about 5 oz natural Greek yogurt as a starter, stirring well to avoid lumps.
3 – Insert the fine mesh basket (for yogurt) into the tray, close the lid, turn on the machine, and select program no. 6 with the yogurt jar and G (Greek) icon. The fermentation time is 12 hours.
4 – At the end of fermentation, the indicator light with an upward arrow will sound. Now remove the lid, lift the basket with the yogurt, and reposition it on the edge of the tray to let the excess whey drain (30 minutes).
5 – Transfer the yogurt into the convenient container provided with the machine, or into individual jars, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before consuming it.

Tips for a perfect result
– Use fresh, high-quality milk for an authentic flavor.
– The longer you let the whey drain, the thicker the Greek yogurt will be.
– Customize the taste by adding honey, agave syrup, dried fruits, or spices after preparation.
