Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry (round, ready-made)
- 1 cup fresh cheese (like primo sale)
- 3.5 oz cooked ham (sliced)
- 1.75 oz black olives
- 1 egg

Steps
In a bowl, place the fresh cheese, like primo sale, and the egg, then mash it with a fork and mix well. Add the cooked ham cut into small strips, the black olives, salt, and ground black pepper to taste.
Grease a round mold with a diameter of 8 inches (suitable for your air fryer) and line the base with the ready-made puff pastry. Cut the leftovers and set them aside to roll out and close the top of the savory pie.
Pour the mixture inside and lay the top layer of puff pastry, sealing the edges at the sides.
Preheat the air fryer to 340°F for 3 minutes.
Cook the savory pie at 340°F for 30 minutes. Check it ten minutes before the end, then flip it in the pan and continue cooking.
