SOY MILK with AlfaBot: the Easy Homemade Recipe

in

Do you want to easily prepare soy milk at home? With the AlfaBot plant milk machine AlfaBot you can do it quickly and easily, created for those who love homemade production and a natural lifestyle.
Ideal for vegans, people who are lactose intolerant, or anyone who wants to enjoy a fresh and authentic plant-based drink. It is prepared with the dedicated soy milk program without added additives — only natural sweeteners or spices to taste.
Ingredients:
– Dry soybeans (soak for a few hours beforehand to rehydrate)
– Filtered water (preferably purified)
– A natural sweetener of choice (optional: dates, agave syrup) if you want it slightly sweet
Do not add any sweetener if you want plain soy milk, just 1 pinch of salt to enhance the flavor
Tips:
Soy milk made with AlfaBot produces no filterable waste (soy okara), but if you want an ultra-smooth result you can strain it after cooking.
Also try variations with vanilla extract, cinnamon or cocoa for different flavors.

  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

  • 1.8 oz dry soybeans (to rehydrate, will double in weight (about 1/3 cup))
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave or rice syrup)
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 pinch fine salt

Steps

  • 1 – Rinse the dry soybeans several times under running water. Then place them to soak in a bowl filled with water. Change the water frequently during the approximately 4 hours of rehydration.
2 – Rinse the soybeans again under water; their weight will have doubled. Put them into the AlfaBot.
3 – Add the pitted dates and another natural sweetener such as agave syrup, and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor (optionally a pinch of cinnamon or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract). If you want to make soy yogurt, make it plain using only 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, without adding salt or other flavorings.
4 – Pour purified water into the AlfaBot up to the Max level mark.
5 – Start AlfaBot and choose the plant beverage program: Beans (35 minutes).
6 – At the end of the cycle, run it again for an additional 15 minutes, then turn off the machine.
7 – Remove any foam from the surface and pour the milk into a glass bottle, let it cool and store the milk in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.
