The mint and fresh fruit smoothie is a delicious and fragrant drink that is completely vegetarian and contains no milk or dairy products. Smoothies are a delightful and colorful option for breakfast or as a mid-day snack, especially if we add nuts or seeds (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pumpkin seeds), thanks to the rich load of vitamins, fibers, and minerals they contain. They are fresh, colorful, and thick, thanks to the bananas that add body and creaminess to our delicious smoothies. They are served cold, and we can take them to work, enjoy them during leisure time, or sip them to beat the heat. Smoothies are perfect as non-alcoholic cocktails for buffets and summer aperitifs. We can prepare different types, and they will be appreciated by children as well.

2) Add grated ginger, juice, and zest of one lemon, and finally the two bananas. Blend until you get a creamy and thick mixture. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses with ice (cubes or crushed) and sip it in all its goodness and genuineness. Due to the sweetness of the bananas and apples, there is no need to add sugar or sweeteners of any kind.
