Sweet ravioli with apples and chocolate are soft and delicious puff pastries filled with apples and dark chocolate chips. Their shape resembles a crescent moon or ravioli. Ingredients
- 1 roll Puff Pastry
- 2 Apples
- as needed Dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon Orange juice
- as needed Powdered sugar
Instructions
1) Peel and cut the apples into very small cubes and drizzle with orange juice. Add the chocolate chips and mix to form a blend.
2) Unroll the rectangular puff pastry and cut out circles with a diameter of about 4 inches.
3) Place a tablespoon of the apple and chocolate mix on half of each circle and fold over the other half. Seal the ravioli by pressing the edges of the pastry with a crimping wheel or the tines of a fork.
4) Place each pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and space them about one finger width apart.
5) Bake the sweet ravioli in the oven at medium height at 392°F for about 15/20 minutes (they should be golden on both sides). Remove them from the oven, let them cool, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
