Tuna Cream with Pickles and Greek Yogurt

Extra Idea. If you have leftover cream, store it in the fridge, in a glass container with a lid. It keeps for 3-4 days.

If you want a more fluid, almost liquid cream to use as a dipping sauce, you can use plain white yogurt, which is more liquid than Greek yogurt.

Chives can be replaced with the stem of fresh scallion or, alternatively, with a thin layer of onion (you’ll only need a little, as they shouldn’t overpower the flavor of the other ingredients)
