Ingredients
- 4.4 oz plain yogurt (natural or fruit-flavored)
- 1.4 oz pomegranate juice
- to taste Honey (optional)
Preparation
1) Squeeze the juice of half a pomegranate.
2) Pour the yogurt into a cup, add the pomegranate juice and stir. You will get a smooth drink, not overly liquid, which you can sip with a straw. As an additional decoration, you can add the seeds of the remaining part of the pomegranate.
The taste of natural yogurt is not appreciated by everyone, so we can sweeten our yogurt and pomegranate drink with honey; or we can use sweet plain yogurt or fruit-flavored yogurt.
