The preparation of these cookies is extremely quick; you’ll just need a bowl and the desire to knead for a few minutes!

  • Add the softened butter and start kneading with your fingertips until you get a crumbly mixture. Then add the milk and a few drops of vanilla essence, continue kneading with your hands until you get a firm and smooth dough that is not sticky.

  • Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1/4 inch, then use a cookie cutter to cut out the cookies and place them on perforated parchment paper suitable for use in an air fryer.

  • Cook at a temperature of about 320°F for about seven minutes; the time may vary depending on your model. Once baked, let the cookies cool, and then you can enjoy their deliciousness!
